A journey that starts with us through the E CompAss, then continues over a period of one year through periodic workshops and one to one coaching interactions with us. Each participant develops a personal road map of their leadership development. Basis their report, the participants list the changes they would like to see in themselves at the end of one year. Through guided workshops, exercises and coaching sessions, we facilitate them to not only bring about these changes within them but sustain their newly learnt behaviours, so that these behaviours become their transformed way of leading.
We facilitate these changes through transformational exercises and process that help leaders understand their current behaviours related to people, decision making, team building, collaboration, crisis management, taking ownership, being authentic and many more areas. These exercises and processes are conducted in a mix of workshops and personal mentoring sessions. Workshops help participants to meet other leaders, understand their challenges and how they are working through them. These interactions create a support group for change and transformation.During the personal mentoring sessions, leaders develop further understanding into their deeper personality and emotional patterns that guide their behaviours. In the safety of a personalised interaction, we facilitate them to understand which areas within them might be needed to change and why. Finally, we jointly create with them action plans that translate this understanding into everyday actions and their day to day work roles in a sustained manner.
These transformations not only help leaders to perform at their optimum best but also help them enjoy their natural leadership style and make work-life a more joyous experience for them.
