Very often we experience that robust companies are appreciated and applauded. As the brand adds value and gains trust, it starts getting talked about and becomes one of the main entities to which everything about the company starts getting attached to. What very often goes into the backend is the person or the team of people who not only conceptualised it but did everything for its success.
We at Maanas believe that because an organization is fundamentally a group of people who have come together to achieve something, the visibility and celebration of those people is very important. Especially, the entrepreneur who started it all.
'The Brand called Me' is a series of personal stories narrated in celebration of these entrepreneurs. People who not only dreamt big but made all the efforts to really make it big.
Each short biographical would contain the journey this person and the team has taken. Right from why they chose to be an entrepreneur as against something else, to how this particular idea came to them and all the steps they took to reach here are narrated in the biographical. Different parts of the stories focus on the “person of the entrepreneur.” It also highlights those aspects of the entrepreneur’s personality that are his/her strengths and best friends. The stories focus on those personality traits that have helped the entrepreneur sail through every up and down of the company’s development.
The reasons for wanting to produce these stories are multiple. We sense that this exercise and its output would be beneficial to lots of people in many ways.
